GAS TURBINE MAINTAINANCE SERVICES

EAIC successfully carried out comprehensive maintenance and inspection of industrial gas turbine systems on these facilities. The scope of work included preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, component servicing, performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and operational testing.

LASER ALIGNMENT

EAIC carried out precision laser alignment of crude oil export pumps to correct shaft misalignment and improve equipment performance. EHT PUMP OVERHAUL & RECTIFICATION

Inspection, troubleshooting, and rectification of the EHT Export Pump to restore optimal performance and operational reliability. The project involved identifying the root cause of restricted pump rotation, performing corrective maintenance, inspecting critical components, and conducting operational testing to ensure safe and efficient operation.

DIESEL ENGINE OVERHAUL

EAIC successfully carried out a comprehensive overhaul and maintenance program on a critical industrial diesel engine. The scope of work included complete engine disassembly, inspection of cylinder liners, pistons, crankshaft components, bearings, and associated mechanical systems.
